Only had to wait 4 days to get an appointment, compared to 2 weeks at other places. They didn’t communicate with me as much as I thought they should. I had to call them and they called me back to get the diagnostic information. They were not able to solve the issue and recommended installing a new motor.

I have been doing business with Art's for over 20 years. They have saved me a lot of money on fixing things on my sports cars, where the Portland dealers were willing to charge for over priced new parts. I am eternally in their debt. The appointment times are always honored , and the work done so much faster than the local car dealers.....I would never consider going anywhere else for my maintenance work . The few times I have had an emergent situation....no problem. They took care of the issue asap. You cant do better in Longview than Art's for you car needs.

After many years of bad experience at several shops I found Art's Auto to be more than a Auto-shop. At list for me it feels like I know them and they know me forever. As I said on my other review very helpful and ready to accommodate as much as possible, special in my situation. See you next time.
