Art’s Automotive was excellent all around! I broke down on the side of the road and from the initial call I had out to them to see if I could get towed there they greeted me with kindness and empathy. It was much appreciated. They did major work on my car and saved me from needing a completely new engine and car. They communicated with me along the way and did an amazing and detailed job to my car. I appreciate them so much and even though they are over an hour away from my house I will be taking my car there for future work!

This was the first time I took a vehicle of my own but I did so because of prior experience with employer owned equipment. They always under promise and over deliver! The mechanics identified issues not on the scope of work and made sure I was fully aware of all issues and provided me with repair suggestions in a couple cases. Overall, Art’s exceeded our expectations. Some shops may charge slightly less but the true value is reflected in the quality of the work performed and the fact that they do it right the first time!

We had a 2017 Kia Sorento sat for 4 years and they checked everything out, did the tests and proper fluid flush and changed. Well done. Will return for future mechanic work. Incredibly nice people that are very helpful. 👍🏼👍🏼
