We should have taken our car here first after having it at another auto repair shop for nine months. They, too, are a reputable business, but with a much smaller staff and internal repair shop. Art's service desk personnel were top notch professionals and got right to working on our car. They worked with the service contractor. Our car was towed this morning to a local dealership which will complete all repairs to the engine. Thank you! Arts Automotive for being our official auto repair shop from now on.

I'm glad I found this place! Went in with an issue no one else could figure out. A much older car used for farm work - not worth much, so we just wanted it to run safely. They understood the assignment. They sent pics of issues. Explained any questions we had without judgment. The repair ended up more expensive than we all had expected, but that was because they were thorough, and the problem was extensive. They also didn't make any repairs without asking first, which I LOVE! They didn't pressure us to get anything done but said, "This is the issue. Do you want to address it right now?" I feel much after the repairs because of their thoroughness and not being pressured. (That always sends off red flags.) And just for clarification, we did hold off on a few repairs for later that weren't safety issues, and they were fine with that. Super nice staff - very attentive. Bright clean storefront. Clean repair bays. We will definitely be bringing our vehicles back.

I called asking about my fuel filter maintenance/ replacement schedule. The admin informed me it was not a required scheduled item. I appreciate the honesty!
