UPDATE FROM POST BELOW! I got a call from the Manager, Patrick. He apologized for my experience at Art's. He said he had talked to the Employee's I had worked with. He said the Tech should have called me back right away. He then offered to refund all my money. Thank you Patrick for your Professionalism!! Worst Experience ever with a Repair Company!! My Wife dropped off my truck at 8 am for a trailer break control install issue. I had self-installed trailer break controls on my truck and ran into an issue with the controller. I called them at 10 am and asked that the Tech call me, as I could fill them in on what I had done and what my problem was. NO call back. I called two more times before someone called me back at 4 pm to tell me the “Tech” needed my truck for another full day. He was having trouble with finding out what the issue was. I told them, if they had taken the time to call me back, I could have told them what the issue was, and NO you cannot have my truck for another day! I went to pick up my truck, only to be charged $162.83 for NO Fix!! Yes, they had my truck for 8 hrs and could not figure out how to fix it. Well, I spent about an hour on Google and YouTube and found the Issue myself. Do not bother with this company, totally Unprofessional!!
