one thing I’ve learned in my 62 yes going around the sun. Is that at Arts the old saying “ Bad Service and Poor quality lingers Long After the cheapest price is forgotten” and Arts is another reason to stay out of Portland. They hit a home run with me and my business.

Arts Automotive has went above and beyond on more than one occasion for my family. They are honest and hold true to their warranty of parts and work. Finding an auto repair company that I can truly trust will keep me from using any other company. They provided a shuttle service and were incredibly accommodating to me and my children.

I bought a car sight unseen. I called Arts being new in the area I have no experience with shops here. They were friendly and professional. Gave me a more than fair quote, including the logistics of a tow to the garage. They diagnosed car with a blown engine within 24 hours and although I will not be doing the repairs there, I will be going back for any further issues I have on mine and my families vehicles! I believe Melissa is who coordinated everything for me as her name is on the card, but either way both women and the man I spoke to were more than helpful! Definitely recommend!

Sadly, I had to visit Art's for the second time in a couple of months. I say sadly because, when I need to visit Art's, I am having trouble. Completely different problem this time, which they were able to diagnose quickly and offer a replacement piece, likely better than what I had before and about one-third the cost I was anticipating. Frankly, for any electrical issues I have for either car or boat, I just set the GPS for Art's and know it will be handled well and quickly.
