Can depend on Arts every time! Have an old Ford needed a new computer, not an easy find! Arts found one and got it taken care of. Many diesel mechanics in my area, but always make the 60 mile drive to Arts! They are spot on in Customer Service. From drop off to pick up they keep you in the know about your repair!

They offer many products and services i didn't know about.

I broke down on the side of the road and had to get my car to the closest shop and landed here. After working with them, they would've been my first choice. They were all extremely professional and kind. For an unexpected drop off they were QUICK too. I was towed there Saturday and got a report and quote back before the end of the day Monday. Not pleasant news unfortunately, but delivered sympathetically and professionally with my options layed out clearly. Before this experience, I had never heard of them before, but I will recommend them to everyone I can now. They know their stuff and they care! Shout out to Theresa specifically, telling someone their car is toast is no easy task, but she did it wonderfully and I do appreciate the care she took and the team effort

Very expensive, but did get the job done. 2nd time to deal with them, staff is super nice and informative, product/service was good quality. Just so spendy to the point of being painful.

They were able to find and disconnect the source causing the draw from the battery on my 2011 Ford Fiesta. Thorough in the search. Good communication.
