All of the staff at Art's are great and they do great work!

They were trying to chase an intermittent problem we were having. Unfortunately they weren't able to find it, tho not for lack of trying. As always service was good and they were helpful.

I grew up with a family that owned a machine shop and found Art’s Automotive to be a wonderful place! Clean, efficient, professional, knowledgeable and super friendly! The prices are competitive and when you call they double check that they have all the parts needed for your vehicle. No waiting to get your vehicle in with an appointment and everything they have done is fully explained. No trying to talk you into repairs that are not necessary. I will always use this shop as long as I have a vehicle!!!

Always easy to go there to get work done on my vehicles Pleasant staff able to visit with them and never seem to think I'm offending anybody anyway great place and Melissa does a great job up there also Patrick pretty much five stars with me

The overall experience was great and enjoyed their service and professionalism. In jest a bit pricey- excellence costs $$$.

I had a horn looked at on my show truck and the technician did a great job of finding the problem. It was that the horn was shorting out and not letting the horn work. I went and picked up the truck and found the bill was a lot higher than I had expected. There was a charge on the bill which was $7.80 I asked what it was for and found that it is for supplies that was used to test the horn. I found that to be strange Spence the technician did not replace any parts. Thank you for finding my problem.

The wonderful staff record all my concerns and pay diligent attention to detail. Art’s has always taken the time to to make sure my older vehicle’s needs have been repaired, maintaining its integrity to keep me on the road without worries. Even though I live out of town Patrick gave me a courtesy ride home while my vehicle was serviced. My service occurred during COVID19 restrictions. Art’s was completely prepared with no contact exchanges, if desired, barrier protection, sanitation, and social distancing in the office. Melissa is a CrackerJack. She knows & cares for everyone & has profound knowledge of the mechanical, logistical, and personal needs of business. Art’s has always done right by me, and I am a devoted customer.

Art's always takes good care of me. Everyone there is friendly and knowledgeable. They've given me rides home to make things more convenient, and I am not that close. The one time they were wrong about an issue--and this was something nobody else had been able to diagnose or solve--they took responsibility without me asking, credited me for the full balance of the work, then performed the correct fix. Honest people and good mechanics, from what I have seen.
