It was my first time using Art’s Automotive. Richard helped me all the way through with the needs of my vehicle… Whats needed both now and soon. Prices, reasons for needed services ect. My vehicles repairs were completed exactly when Richard said they would be and it cost exactly what Richard said it would days earlier in my estimate. I couldn’t be happier and will be returning for all of our cars needs.

Great customer service! Explained things well and the job was done quickly. Communication was great throughout.

Brought my vehicle in for repairs during a busy time during the 4th of July. Art's brought me back home during the repairs. Excellent proactive communication with texts on the status and confirmation of expected work. Found parts for my older vehicle and the technicians did great troubleshooting and fixing the root problem. Costs were within expectations. Highly recommend Art's and will return to fix other issues.

Quick in and out same day. Got the appointment I needed for drop off and picked up before end of business day. Friendly and Knowledgeable staff. Workmanship was done perfect. I have been a long time customer and fan of Art’s Automotive. This is my go to repair business in Cowlitz County.
