Car had literally died in the street due to a ruptured fuel line. Got it towed to Art’s based on google reviews. Y’all didn’t lie, they are extremely professional. They did a great job with the repair and also recommended other repairs based on looking at it. They didn’t do a computer diagnostic because as they said only Volvo dealers have the right kit. But they did a great job recommending repairs. Their pricing reflects the level of expertise they bring to the table so if you unlike myself are a DIYer or maintain your vehicle meticulously and it’s still having problems I would recommend them. Great friendly service and they even post pictures online for you of their vehicle inspection so if you don’t take them at their word you can review the evidence of their work for yourself. Great stuff

Very thorough in diagnostics. Repair made. It cost a bit more than I thought it should for the actual repair that was done, but there was extra diagnostics time involved. Car is running fine now. Engine light has stayed off. First time visit to Arts but I will return for further car repairs.

Initial call to shop was answered professionally and courteously. Routed to service desk and Patrick was also friendly and informative. He asked me to swing by Monday morning, which I did and was pleasantly surprised. Rather than just quote some number out of a book, Patrick took the time to go out to the car to check some things and ended up determining that the bulb we needed replaced was quick and easy and he had it out, grabbed a new one from the shelf and had it installed before I realized what he was doing! I asked if they could fit me in for an oil change and he said, “sure,” and off we went to get that squared away. Watched all the employees interact with customers on the phone and the ones in person and each were greeted personally and genuinely - not the “I’m being forced to greet you and ask you how you’re doing, but I don’t really care” attitude observed in most places these days. Looking forward to coming back!

Glad to see that Melissa is no longer there! She was kind of a snake.
