Fast and excellent customer service. My car wouldn't start, we had to jumpstart it. I called Art's to see if I needed an appointment to bring it in for diagnosis. They said I could bring it in right then if I wanted. I did, and within an hour they had told me it was only the battery, replaced the battery, and I was on my way.

The technician who worked on my truck found and remedied the problem quickly, showed me what he had done, and what I could watch for in the future. He also noticed some other unrelated issues that I appreciated being made aware of.
