Great service, and affordable !!!!!

To Whom It May Concern, Art's Automotive took care of me in a professional manner, as always. I did express my concerns over a recently installed serpentine belt. I was charged $67.35. Yet by phoning the local parts stores I was quoted $24.99 for the same belt? This has never happened to me at Art's before. I called immediately to inform them that parts obtained locally are substantially cheaper in price. I hope that this will help other customers, by bringing this to the attention of the parts ordering team and to avoid that vendor in the future. Thank you. Gary Spaur

Mu first time using Arts. Definately a quality customer service oriented business.

Battery and cable replaced by a young man who quickly diagnosed the problem and proceeded to install the replacement in a professional manner. Vehicle started right up once the work was completed.

Very thorough in diagnostics. Car had started to overheat, losing coolant from a hard to reach/view area. It was discovered that a hose clamp had been installed wrong somewhere else in past. Repair was made. It cost about 50.00 more than I thought it should for the actual repair that was done but Car is running fine now. I do like the full inspection report they do on entire car, helps plan for future maintenance so to avoid costlier emergency repairs.
