I would like to express my appreciation for The efforts of all the staff at Arts Automotive regarding my recent repairs. First a special thanks to Taylor for the cordial nature of our communications and the regular updates on what turned out to be a finicky repair. A great deal of effort was extended on the part of the staff to find proprietary parts needed for my repairs and to help control the costs. The explanations that were provided regarding the issues were thorough and clearly presented. Everyone that I spoke with was pleasant and responsive. Thank you all.

They have performed quality work and even declined to charge me for the work until they found the problem. My truck is now fault free and reliable in the charging system and ready for towing again.

I really appreciate that they get the job done quickly and are reasonably priced. I took our vehicles in when we bought them and they checked them bumper to bumper complementarily. It's refreshing to know an auto repair shop is still out there that treats us fairly and doesn't give you sub quality work or parts just to make you come right back for the same thing a year later. Thank you so much for all your help!
