I took my truck to Art's after being told it would take 6 weeks to even get a diagnostic at the dealer. I called them on Friday and dropped my truck off on Tuesday. I had my backup camera go out, and they were able to fix that, but while the truck was there they did an inspection and saw that the brakes, rotors, and oil all needed to be changed. There was no pressure for an upsell, and I was super happy that they did such a thorough inspection anyway. Getting a bunch of service done and then also getting the truck back two days later is a relief. 100% would recommend.
