Darin was very nice, pick up car on Friday but Saturday the engine light came on. Called and will take it back Wednesday morning fingers crossed.

Excellent service. Check engine like came on after a long road trip, we stopped at Art's as soon as we got to Longview, did not have an appointment and they took us right in without a wait! Fixed the issue & we were on our way.

I was in the area and had car trouble’s I have been to your shop in the past and I was able to have my car diagnostics done fast as a technician delayed his lunchtime to get me seen asap very nice attention towards the customer

Kevin was awesome. He responded to my online request for an appointment within minutes of me submitting one. Over the phone he asked questions and was able to tell me that what I thought was bum battery cables was actually my alternator not sending a charge to my battery. When I arrived he quickly came out to my car himself and tested the alternator and battery instead of making me wait till a technician was available. He advised me to return to where I had recently purchased a refurbished alternator and ask for an exchange as this one wasn’t functioning properly. I opted to to have Arts order me in a new alternator as they have a great warranty and I didn’t want to waste time potentially getting another faulty one from the unnamed parts store I had visited before. The part came in next day and my vehicle has been working great ever since. Thanks Kevin.

Starter went out in my truck. Arts had me in and out in no time! Kevin (Front Desk) had great customer service. Everything was to the point and on time.
