Everyone at Art's Automotive is friendly and knowledgeable! Patrick received our Equinox at the end of the day and he immediately took it for a drive and began assessment on it. Kevin, who was leaving said "Hi" to me and called me by my name....though it has been a number of years since I used their services due to warranty on my rig. The newly remodeled shop is a big upgrade and the staff is happy about its functionality and it has a clean look. Taylor kept us informed and kept things moving along. It is a pleasure to work with her (she was once a second grader in my class at Rose Valley) and I am impressed with her knowledge. She explains things so clearly what needs to happen with my vehicle so that I understand. Repair work was done in a timely manner and my SUV now runs perfectly. When we picked it up Patrick took time to relay what transpired with the repair work. This is a top notch outfit with excellent team work.
