They were extremely helpful, expained everything to my level. My 20 yr old car drives beautifully now. . . Nice friendly staff to deal with. . .They showed me the bad parts that were replaced.
I had an engine problem on my way from Portland to Seattle. The nearest car dealership could not service my car for 1 week so sent me to Art’s. Everyone was helpful, kind and professional. They worked me in at the end of a day in a holiday and let my nervous dog wait with me in the waiting room. Service was done correctly for a fair price and they kept me informed about progress throughout the process while I waited. The waiting area and shop were very clean and organized. I am 100% satisfied.
Tyler was so helpful and explained everything to do. He also kept me in the loop with what was going on with my truck once it was fixed and what to look out for.
