Melissa was my main contact with Art’s when having my 2013 RAV4 serviced. She was attentive, listened well and was wonderful to work with. Rich, who dropped me at work, was also easy to be around and I felt safe with him driving. I can’t say enough positive things about Art’s. Art's Automotive is a very professional service. They make very thorough evaluation of your vehicle and specifically designate the issues your vehicle has. They tell you what is most important and what can wait. This is very helpful when you need to budget certain repairs. The work they do is very good and professional. They check back with you after the repair to see if everything was fixed to your satisfaction. All in all they are the most professional, friendly, and honest shops around the area. I would recommend Art's to anyone who needs good service.

Taking my car to Art's has always been a positive experience. I can drop it off in the morning and pick it up in the afternoon without having to wait around. If I need transportation to and from work, they will do the driving and pick up if requested. If you choose to wait around while your car is being serviced they offer coffee, cookies and a host of magazines to read. They will come out and give updates as to how the service job is proceeding. They are prompt to return phone calls and they are always professional when speaking with you.
