Service over and beyond for this cranky customer. They tried their best to limit the extent of my repairs, but ... well, it wasn't in the cards. My Ford Escape now runs like new, and I can't argue with that.
Everybody is always wonderful, attentive, and cognizant of my own situation, whether it might be that I need to get back to work, If I am planning a long trip, or if I need a ride home if my car needs to stay. I am so glad I found those guys.

For over thirty years the staff at Art's has treated me well personally and in a business relationship! Most recently I made a phone call and sent pictures of an alternator in a performance application from the Snake River and Kevin was able to get me up and running in two days of making the call.
