I applied 5 stars for the reason of diagnostic handling. On emergency far from home I used the nearest shop for a diagnostic on my Jeep, I was given the diagnostic and I also could drive back home. The next day I went to Art's Automotive with the received diagnostic and repair request. I turned out that the diagnostic wasn't accurate, the problem was some other. So, you be the judge of this. Beside anything else a good diagnostic is important. In conclusion I will follow Art's Automotive recommendation.
